Loan Officers

We are currently seeking loan officers throughout our market territory – northern Virginia, the Shenandoah Valley, southwest Virginia & throughout West Virginia. Our loan officers are passionate about serving our borrowers with sound, productive solutions to their credit needs. An understanding of agriculture and ag-industries is always a plus! Qualifications include an undergraduate degree in business, economics, finance, marketing or agriculture (or related studies) or a combination of comparable work experience/education. Exceptional communication skills and strong analytical / problem solving skills required. Must fully understand economic conditions in our markets and be able to effectively assess which borrowers are a good match for our products/services. Seeking a front office assistant who can demonstrate exceptional skills in providing top of the line customer service for our “walk in” and “in-bound phone” customers. Candidates must have good communication & organizational skills & strong working knowledge of computer software (particularly Microsoft Office) applications.
